About the University Health Center
The University Health Center is proud to be nationally accredited for over 30 years by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, an independent organization that only places its seal of approval on medical facilities that meet the highest standards of quality. Less than 15% of all college health centers in the U.S. are accredited!
For your convenience, the website provides some important printable forms including the required Immunization Form. Please take note of the information on mandatory health insurance. The student health insurance plan can provide peace of mind that an unplanned illness or injury will not have a devastating financial impact.
A Medical Home provides patient-centered, provider-directed, comprehensive care, built upon a continuous relationship between a patient and a specific health care team. Students are encouraged to establish the University Health Center (UHC) as their primary point of care while enrolled at the University. For more information about becoming part of the Medical Home system and receiving care from one of UHC's health care teams, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
