Jordan Burroughs

Nutrition Coach

Major and Expected Graduation Year:

My majors are physiology/neurobiology and dietetics. I expect to graduate Spring of 2028.

Reason for Studying Dietetics:

I chose dietetics because I've always loved food and I wanted to know more about how it affects the body. Helping people has also been a top priority for me, and I want to give people the tools to live healthy, happy lives.

Favorite Food:

My favorite food is pasta! I love that you can incorporate different add-ins, sauces, and shapes.

Words to Live By:

“Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it's called the present.”
