Meditation is a journey inward to the authentic self.  It is a technology that brings health and healing to mind, body and spirit.  If practiced daily, can awaken creativity, healing and transformation. Meditation is an antidote to stress.

Mindfulness Meditation Workshops

This FREE 6-week workshop will teach you how to practice mindfulness using the five senses. During each engaging session, you will focus on one of the five senses -sight, hearing, smelling, tasting and touch.  Lower your stress level and anxiety, increase positive self- awareness, and boost your self-esteem, confidence, energy, focus, and productivity, by learning how to practice mindfulness! Registration and commitment to participate in all six classes is required.
