The Faculty Staff Assistance Program offers monthly Lunch & Learn sessions. Thirty minute virtual workshops about a variety of topics pertaining to personal and work-related wellness. These are open to all staff and faculty in all departments. See below for details.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! We've collaborated with the Arboretum & Botanical Gardens and Health Promotion and Wellness Services at the University Health Center for a self-guided tour of the work-class arboretum our campus has to offer. 

These prompts can be completed in any order, in any amount of time, however much or little you have. Do them individually or as a group to foster a connection and create communication prompts. This mindfulness journey may bring about a range of emotions or physical sensations. If you feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable, it is ok to pause and take a break.
